• Cancellation Policy Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Deposit Policy Full payment will be charged to Credit Card upon reservation. Bookings are non-refundable

• Children and Extra Bed Policy Children age 12 years old and above are consider as adult One child under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged SGD60++ per person per night in an extra bed (Except Club rooms). The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

All Prices are subjected to 10% service charge and thereafter, 7% GST per night.
